UNATTACHED ENTRIES WILL BE VERY LIMITED AS THIS IS A SCORED COLLEGIATE EVENT. UNATTACHED ENTRIES MAY ONLY BE ENTERED THROUGH THE EMORY TRACK OFFICE AND WITH THE APPROVAL OF COACH CURTIN. UNATTACHED ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS ONLINE PROCEDURE
TEAM Registration
1. go to "www.ptentry.com"
2. select "Click Here To Register" - if already registered, go to step 5
3. create account (email address and password)
4. fill out account information (school or club, phone, etc.)
5. when completed go to “Next Step: Select Your Team”
6. Select your team from list or click "Add It" (located at bottom of page)
ROSTER Registration
7. create roster (girls and boys) - fill out as much information as possible
8. when completed go to "next step"
MEET Registration
9. select track meet(s)
10. select event and use drop-down box to select athlete to compete in event
11. submit marks for athlete and select "save"
12. when completed with event select "Done with this event"
13. continue this process until all athletes for your team have been entered
PRINT Meet Information
14. select "Print this meet" to print your entries or save entries to your computer
15. when completed with entries select "Done with this meet"
To Review Entries:
* go to "wwwptentry.com
* login
* Click "Meets"
* select the desired meet
* select "Print this meet" (to save or print)
* when completed with entries select "Done with this meet"
